Agreed Price
The price quoted is given subject to the information
given at the time, and will be based on one pickup and one drop off. It
is not normal to offer any extra drop off, as the price is kept low. This
means that more jobs are done and therefore will not allow enough time scale
to do them. However you can always ask and if time allows they will be chargeable.
Deposit
A booking is only confirmed on the basis of a deposit
of £100. It is important to provide a deposit as soon as possible as the
vehicle is in great demand and other people may get there first. Deposits
are not refundable under any circumstances.
Balance
The balance in full is to be paid on the night at
the beginning of the trip in cash.
Age Policy
Under 16`s must get an adult to make the booking and
appoint an 18+ person to travel with the group. A letter of responsibility
will be required to be signed
Age 16-18 can make their own booking, but will be required to sign a letter
confirming agreement to certain conditions whist on the vehicle.
Age 18+ no age conditions apply.
General Conduct
There must be respect for the vehicle and its occupants
at all times.
If people are or become unfit to travel the trip will be terminated.
Any damage what so ever will be chargeable.
Any soiling must be cleaned up and any further costs will be chargeable.
Illegal drugs are not allowed on the vehicle.
There is no smoking on the vehicle.
Personal possessions are your own responsibility.
Vehicle Cancellation/Breakdown
In the event of unexpected circumstances beyond our
control, we will reimburse all moneys paid, but will not be held responsible
for any further costs to the customer, or the provision of alternative transport.
